Use this secure portal to access certain documents related to your participation in the Marshall Fire Settlement Program. Enter either the email address where you received instructions to access these documents or your mobile phone number, your Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYY), and the last four digits of your SSN, then click the “Continue” button. Note: if you are the Representative of a deceased or minor Claimant, you must enter the deceased or minor Claimant’s Date of Birth and SSN, not your own.

If the email address or mobile number, Date of Birth, and SSN match our records, you will receive a message containing a secure six-digit access code to enter on the next screen. If you entered your email address, the message will be emailed to that address. If you entered your mobile number, the message will be sent by SMS text message to that number.
